4) Delivery governance
- Performance and status reporting cadence.
- Escalation path for blockers and delivery risk.
- Stakeholders for approval and acceptance decisions.
5) Transition and continuity
- Knowledge transfer expectations.
- Backup and coverage plan for critical roles.
- Exit criteria and handover documentation requirements.
