Users must protect the confidentiality of credentials, system access, business records, client information, operational data, and all non-public information accessed through or related to the software.
6. User Responsibilities
Authorized users are responsible for:
- providing accurate information where required;
- maintaining the security of login credentials and devices;
- using the system only for approved business workflows;
- promptly reporting suspected misuse, unauthorized access, or security issues.
7. Monitoring and Audit
Nifty may monitor access, log activity, review usage patterns, and maintain audit trails to protect systems, support operations, enforce policy, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
8. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for security, operational, legal, policy, or business reasons, including inactivity, misuse, or the end of the user’s relationship with Nifty or the relevant client engagement.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nifty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the software.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
